Dr Santosh Bassi: Early Career and Experience
Dr Santosh Bassi graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Singapore University in 1977. After immigrating to Australia, Dr. Bassi first joined Garners Dental in 1979 before relocating to the Paediatric department at Sydney Dental Hospital. She served as the Section Head of the Paediatric Department and held the position of Senior Paediatric Dentist for over 20 years.
She has been an associate visiting children’s dentist at Children’s Dentistry Castle Hill for two decades. Over the years, she has gained a reputation for her unique ability to connect with even the most challenging patients and gain their affection.
Besides her work in paediatric dentistry, Dr Bassi has experience in general dentistry for both children and adults, working with NIB and BUPA practices.
As a mother of four children, Dr Bassi understands the importance of compassionate and gentle care in paediatric dentistry.
